C’SPAN’S CIVICS BUS ARRIVAL

Shaw students toured the Cable Satellite Public Afairs Network(C-SPAN)bus on Feb 18. Students were eager to learn about different techniques used for the production of C’SPAN. Mass Communication and Political Science Majors were stating their feelings and how they could relate to the Civic’s Bus coming to Shaw. According to Micheal Cobs, Political Science major, his experience with C’SPAN was informative. “The network is uncut and straightforward,” said Cobs. Lorelle Smith a student at Shaw was curious to tour the bus and knows that C’SPAN talks about news and watched the station for two years.Britanny Johnson (Shaw student)looked foward to interview someone and knows how to conduct herself, and says C’SPAN may be inspirational , but does not know much about the station. She also has positive feelings toward the news station.
