Comedian Lil Duval made a stop at Shaw University during his homecoming college tour. Lil Duval hosted the annual homecoming step show on Friday night. Lil Duval was a semi-finalist on BETs Coming to the Stage and has also appeared in various music videos with artists such as T.I., Plies, Yung Joc, etc.
According to Lil Duval he has hosted many other college step shows and college events. “Yall did yall thing. Everyone came out and showed love,” said Lil Duval. Lil Duval said that the winners Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. were very deserving of their win.
“I think it was a fair adjustment of who did their thing the best and it was the Alphas and AKAs,” said Duval. Besides being busy on the homecoming tour Lil Duval said he is working on a comedy album as well as about to begin filming a couple of movies and has reality shows in the works.
