North Street at Glenwood was blocked for a good cause this evening. Issac Hunter Foundation, a great non profit organization that specializes in fundraiser for Raleigh most deserving charities. Many of the the charities were in aid to support kids with cancer. There were performers on stage fire dancers, and face painters all for one cause to help raise money. This event took place at 5:00 p.m. and came to an end at 11:00 p.m. that night. A couple of Shaw Students event chipped into the wonderful cause by getting their face painted Skylette and Janelle. There were two fire dancers that hoola hoop with fire around and they also did a couple dance routines throughout the night. Their was a local band on stage who perform crowd favorites such Maroon 5 “Sunday Morning” and “Sure Thing” by Miguel. The crowd was very involved in this wonderful cause because they either brought a glow or got thier face painted to support the Iasac Hunter Foundations.
