At University Woods we offer 4 bedroom 4 bathroom units with shared living/dining room area and kitchen. The unit can be rented out by the room or as a whole. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and walk in closet as well as a separate lock for your bedroom door. Every apartment also includes a washer and dryer. A room rents for $600 per month. A whole unit rents for $2400 per month including utilities. The deposit is $600-$2400. The application fee is $75 per person and an additional $40 for co-signers. This community does not allow pets.
