As a skilled educator, I have gained great experience successfully teaching, mentoring and tutoring in The Jersey City and Paterson School Systems in New Jersey. Middle School Teachers from other schools have visited my classroom to observe my best practices in literacy. Promoting individualized and group instruction has accommodated various learning styles. My role as a mentor and role model has enhanced my ability to be an ideal Literacy Coach for grades K-5.
