Started out at the advertised price (5x5 unit) but once I moved in and I was no longer in the area the price continued to increase until I was paying damn near 3x what I had initially agreed to. The last price jump (from $79 to $115) I was not notified about. When I contacted customer service, I was gaslight and repeatedly told I had been sent an email and (I checked again and had not.) I ended up driving across the country to clear out because it would be cheaper than to keep the unit. I then found my lock had been changed, rodent droppings all over the floor, and my vintage clothes collection infested with moths. I really wish I could go back in time and choose a different facility.

I had reserved one at another location before finding this one. The price was less than the other and much closer. When I came to load my locker, I couldn't find it. Lucky for me, the guy who works there was able to help me. He not only helped me find the unit, but helped me move in as well. I was a huge help to me as I have arthritis and it would have taken me much longer. Couldn't be happier!!! Thanks!!

From the moment I called to ask for info down to the time that I moved in everything was simple and easy. The price for my unit also was a steal! Customer service with the agent was great & everything was straight forward. Would definitely recommend.
